Office Shelving in Oak – Order That Holds Up on Camera

  • 225 × 215 × 35 cm
  • FSC oak
  • Made in Germany
  • Configurable in 3D
Building

An office shelf works two shifts: it archives binders and reference by day, and it stands behind every video call as the room's visible order. Steel archive shelving does the first job and fails the second. An oak system does both without changing costume.

Large Double-Width Standing Library Bookshelf - KUUDU Modular Shelving System - Oak

The configuration shown is three sections (225 cm) at about 215 cm height with staggered levels. The 35 cm full depth takes A4 binders upright; gap heights are chosen per level, so folder rows sit dense while display and reference breathe. Single cells close as boxes for what no camera needs to see.

For offices planning more than one room, the 75 cm grid runs from reception to workspace with identical parts. CAD data is available on request, project-specific and in the required detail depth; trade terms likewise. Oak veneer (FSC European) on powder-coated aluminium, made in Germany.

FAQ

Do A4 binders fit?

Yes – the 35 cm full depth takes A4 binders standing upright, and each board is rated for 20 kg, which is a full row of loaded binders.

Can the shelf divide an open-plan office?

Yes. The open build has no back panel, so a freestanding run works as a zone divider that stays transparent – both sides usable, light passing through.

Is there CAD data for planners?

Yes, on request – project-specific and in the detail depth the phase requires. Trade terms for offices and planners are likewise available on request.

Planning a Room Divider: Sight Lines, Light, Acoustics

Two eye heights decide the geometry, daylight decides the construction, and a full shelf changes how a room sounds without soundproofing anything.
