Order & shipping
How long does shipping take?+
Within Germany: 1–3 working days. EU: 3–5 working days. Worldwide: 5–14 working days. We ship from stock, with no made-to-order production.
Is shipping included?+
Within Germany and the EU we ship free of charge. Outside the EU, additional shipping and customs charges may apply.
Which carrier do you ship with?+
Exclusively with DHL: carbon-neutral via DHL GoGreen, in plastic-free recycled-paper packaging.
Assembly & configuration
Do I need any tools?+
No. Our system is tool-free: push-fit connections with no Allen key and no drilling. Assembly takes a few minutes.
Can I extend my piece later?+
Yes. Every component can be reordered individually. That's the core of the KUUDU system: furniture should grow with you.
How does the Configurator work?+
Choose size, sections, and depth: live 3D preview, live price. The parts list goes straight into the Cart as a list of components. Details under The system.
Withdrawal & returns
Can I return configured furniture too?+
Yes. Our Configurator assembles furniture from standardised components, so it isn't made-to-order. The full 14-day right of withdrawal applies to ALL orders. See Cancellation policy.
Who pays for return shipping?+
On withdrawal: you. For a justified complaint (defect, wrong delivery): we do.
Material & care
Which wood do you use?+
Oak, veneered, FSC-certified. Made in Germany.
How do I care for KUUDU furniture?+
Wipe down with a damp cloth. When needed, re-oil once a year with a hard furniture oil. This extends the lifespan and refreshes the grain.
