Plan with your AI

Since October you can connect your own AI to kuudu.de. Claude or ChatGPT then plan with KUUDU's rules and prices: you give your measurements and wishes, the AI suggests a shelf that can actually be built and gives you a link into the 3D configurator. The shelf is already set up there, and you can adjust it or add it to your cart.

Connecting your AI

Claude

  1. In Claude, open "Customize" and then "Connectors".
  2. Choose "Add custom connector", enter KUUDU as the name and paste the address above.
  3. No sign-in is needed. Confirm with "Add".
  4. In a chat, switch KUUDU on via the plus button under "Connectors".

This works on every Claude plan. The free plan includes one custom connector.

ChatGPT

  1. Open chatgpt.com/plugins, click the plus button and choose "Create custom MCP server".
  2. Enter KUUDU as the name and paste the address above under "Connection". For authentication, choose no sign-in.
  3. Confirm the notice and choose "Create as a plugin".
  4. In a chat, type @ and pick KUUDU.

Whether you can add your own MCP servers in ChatGPT depends on your plan and account. Some accounts ask you to turn on developer mode in the settings first.

What you can ask

  • "I have an alcove 2.40 m wide and 2.10 m high. Plan me a KUUDU shelf for books."
  • "A wall shelf for the kitchen, 1.50 m wide, with white rods. What does it cost?"
  • "Show me ready-made KUUDU sideboards for the living room, no wider than 1.60 m."
  • "Make that shelf one section wider and hang a clothes rail at the bottom."

Write the way you would describe your room to someone in a shop, in any language. Your AI plans with the same rules as the configurator. If a design differs from your wish, because a length doesn't exist or a ceiling shelf needs full-depth boards, it tells you.

The price is the shop price including VAT; the amount in the cart is binding. You buy on kuudu.de, you can't order anything inside the chat. KUUDU only learns the measurements and wishes your AI sends to our tools. We don't see your conversation, and you don't need an account for any of this.
