The configuration shown is two sections (150 cm) at about 215 cm height with staggered levels between the columns. The stagger does in oak what protruding modules do in lacquer: it breaks the strict grid and gives the wall rhythm. One material, open construction, no fronts.

Oak veneer (FSC European) on powder-coated aluminium, oiled and open-pored, 20 kg per board. The 75 cm section grid extends sideways up to 450 cm and rebuilds with the same parts. Made in Germany.

FAQ

How free is the KUUDU configurator compared with a module system?

Different degrees of freedom. Module systems combine fixed cell sizes; KUUDU fixes the section width at 75 cm and frees everything vertical – levels, gap heights, boxes and mounting are chosen per section, in 3D with live pricing.

Does KUUDU offer colours?

Oak is the material we currently ship: oiled veneer (FSC European) with black or white frame parts. Compositions get their character from rhythm and proportion rather than colour.

Can a KUUDU shelf be sculptural?

Shift mode staggers the levels of neighbouring sections, which gives the shelf movement without special parts. The configuration shown uses exactly that.
