Books on the wall instead of on a cabinet: a wall-mounted bookshelf keeps the floor free and turns a blank wall into the quietest piece of storage in the room. KUUDU builds it from oak veneer (FSC European) on powder-coated aluminium, in sections of 75 cm.
The configuration shown is 146 cm wide and 219 cm tall, two offset columns with six levels each. The wall-mounted build uses the 15 cm half depth: right for paperbacks and standard novels, while deep art books stay on the freestanding builds. Each board is rated for 20 kg.
The mounting line at the top carries the load into the wall; fixings follow the wall type. If a later flat has no wall to spare, the identical parts rebuild as a freestanding bookshelf. The 3D configurator shows price and dimensions live.

Does a wall carry a full bookshelf?
The load spreads along the mounting line rather than pulling at single points. Each board is rated for 20 kg; fixings follow the wall type, and on drywall the anchors belong in the substructure where possible.
Which gap heights suit which books?
Paperbacks stand in 20 cm, novels and standard hardcovers in 25. Gaps are set per section, so one shelf serves both formats without wasted air. Deep art books ask for the 35 cm boards of the freestanding builds.
Does it go ceiling-high?
Yes. Levels stack up to ceiling-high builds; the configuration here reaches 219 cm, and taller compositions follow the same principle.
