Atari is expanding its European business and has furnished its European headquarters with KUUDU.
Furniture for the years ahead at Atari
Andreas Deptolla and his team are expanding Atari's European business and giving the brand a fresh start after fifty years. The European headquarters is the starting point, and it won't stay the way it is today. Teams are added, rooms are divided up anew. That called for a furniture system that keeps pace with these steps. A KUUDU goes up without tools, can be extended and later reassembled, in the next room just as at the next location.

From Pong to the 2600+
The consoles and games on the shelves at Atari today once stood in millions of living rooms.
- 1972
Nolan Bushnell and Ted Dabney found Atari in California. Pong becomes the first arcade hit.
- 1977
The Atari Video Computer System, later the 2600, brings games into the living room.

Asteroids arrives in the arcades. For the first time, the best players enter their initials in a high-score table.

Pac-Man arrives on the 2600. The console is at its peak.
