Since 6 October you can plan with AI in the configurator. You type what you want into a field, for example “Shelf 1.50 m wide, two boxes at the bottom”, and a few seconds later the shelf is there. You don’t need to know what a section is, how high a compartment can be or where the boxes are set.
Above the field, one line says what was built. If you don’t like the last change, Undo brings back the shelf from before.
As far as we know, KUUDU is the first furniture maker whose configurator can be used this way.
Change it with one sentence
This saves the most time when you make changes. Instead of looking for the right setting, you write what should be different. “Make the rods white”, and the frame turns white. “Add a level”, and the shelf gets one more compartment. The AI always starts from the shelf that is in front of you, so a short sentence is enough.
Writing and clicking can be mixed. Whatever you set by hand is the starting point for the next sentence.
Why we built it
The configurator can do a lot, so it has a lot of settings. If you are planning for the first time, you first have to understand how sections, levels and compartments relate to each other. With the AI you don’t.
Just write what you want.
AI planning is available at kuudu.de/configurator, on a computer and on your phone, in all six languages. We don’t store what you type into the field. Try it with the shelf you were going to plan anyway.
