KUUDU answers with one material and one grid. The configuration here is two sections at 150 cm wide and about 215 cm high, in 35 cm depth: FSC-certified oak veneer over powder-coated aluminium, oiled, assembled without tools. Every width from 75 to 450 cm is a multiple of the same section, and levels and gap heights are set per section.

What exactly is the 75 cm section grid?

Every KUUDU shelf is built from sections of 75 cm. Widths run from 75 to 450 cm in those steps, while levels and the gaps between them are chosen freely inside each section. The grid is what keeps parts interchangeable across configurations.

Is the oak solid wood?

No. Boards are FSC-certified European oak veneer over powder-coated aluminium. The veneer gives the grain and the aluminium the load capacity, which is why the shelves stay slim and do not warp like a solid board can.

How long does delivery take?

We ship from stock rather than building to order: 1 to 3 working days within Germany, 3 to 5 in the EU. Extension parts ship the same way, so adding a section later is not a new production run.
