Returns

You can return any order within 30 days for a full refund. Just let us know within this period if you’d like to send something back.

Returns are simple: you can either organise the return yourself or let us arrange the shipping for you (fees vary depending on item size and will be deducted from your refund).

We’ll process your refund as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse in their original condition and packaging. Please note: damaged products can’t be refunded in full.

If you choose to handle the return shipping yourself, you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.
